From Wine Spectator:
9 Winning Wine Restaurants in Boston
There are countless restaurants for great pasta in Boston’s historic Little Italy, but few can match the wine program at Lucca North End. Managed by wine director Mauricio Ramos, the 500-selection list has earned a Restaurant Award since 2002, splitting its focus between bottles from Italy and California. Large groups might consider celebrating with one of more than 20 large-format bottles on the list, and those looking to sample a small taste of something special can opt for one of the choice Coravin pours. Chef Vanessa Leesam’s menu offers something for everyone, from homemade rigatoni with wild boar to gorgonzola-topped filet mignon to seared Georges Bay sea scallops over whipped sweet potatoes.
